Alice had pigtails and a red hat.
She did not like veggies at all.
No peas, no corn, no beans for me!
Mom said, 'Veggies make you strong!'
Dad made a veggie song to sing.
But Alice would not change her mind.
Mom cut carrots, fine and thin.
She hid them in Alice's rice.
Alice ate them all, so nice!
Now she eats some veggies too.
With rice, with corn, and peas, so green.
Alice got strong and tall it's true!
