Once upon a time, in a cozy little house with a red door, lived Amal.
With frizzy blonde hair bouncing about, she giggled while stacking colorful blocks.
She arranged them: 'One, two, three!' She was learning numbers joyously.
Her toy bears sat in a circle, she counted their noses: 'One more makes four.'
Mama called out, 'Amal, find five cherries for our pie!'
In the garden, Amal searched, picking cherries with care, 'I have three, two to go!'
With five cherries in her basket, she skipped back, happy to know.
The pie baked in the oven, Amal drew shapes; a square, a circle, a triangle.
Mama sliced the pie. 'Let's share with our neighbors, how many pieces do we need?'
Amal thought hard about her friends: Ana, Ben, and Mr. Lee, 'Seven pieces!' she said.
Amal felt proud, she had solved a real puzzle, helping to share with glee.
Her heart was as full as the moon, and Amal whispered, 'I love to learn, see!'
