Once there was a boy named Banana. He always wore a shirt with a big, bright, yellow banana on it!
Banana Boy just LOVED bananas. 'Bananas for breakfast, bananas for lunch, bananas for dinner—they pack a punch!' he would chant.
One sunny morning, Banana Boy bounced to the bustling market. He wanted the brightest, ripest bananas in the land!
The vendor smiled and handed him a bunch, 'Here's for the boy in the banana shirt, these will give you strength and might!'
Banana Boy gobbled down bananas with glee, 'Crunchy, munchy, sweet bananas!' he cheered.
Feeling mighty and strong, Banana Boy decided, 'I'll plant my very own banana tree!'
He dug a hole and planted his tree, but soon it sat wilting, not so full of glee.
Worried, he ran to the gardener, 'Why won't my banana tree grow?' he asked with a frown.
'You must water it well and sing it a song,' the gardener advised with a twinkle in his eye.
So Banana Boy tried again, he sang loud and clear, 'Grow big, grow strong, my banana tree dear!'
And oh, how it grew! 'Hooray for Banana Boy!' cheered all his friends. His tree bore bunches of bananas, oh, what a delight!
From that day on, Banana Boy shared his bananas with everyone. 'Bananas for you, bananas for me, happiness grows on my banana tree!'
