Once upon a time, in a cozy little house by a big green park, there lived a fluffy, happy puppy named Barky. He loved to roll around the grass and chase his bouncy red ball.
One sunny afternoon, while Barky was playing, a butterfly landed on his nose. He let out a giggle, which turned into a musical 'woof.' He was surprised by the sound!
Excited, Barky tried woofing again. This time, he held the 'woof' longer and it sounded like a song! Birds stopped to listen, and a squirrel clapped its tiny hands.
Barky's friends, Dotty the Cat and Whiskers the Mouse, heard the commotion and came to see. They giggled as Barky sang a lovely tune about his red ball bouncing.
To make it more fun, Dotty meowed along, and Whiskers tapped his feet. Together, they formed a little band. They called themselves 'The Merry Melodies.'
The Merry Melodies put on a show for the whole park. Ducks quacked in applause, and the trees seemed to sway with delight. Even the bees buzzed in a dance!
As stars sprinkled the night sky, Barky and his friends took a bow. From that day on, Barky knew he wasn't just a puppy; he was a puppy who could sing.
