Once upon a time, in a lush, green forest filled with tall trees and sweet berries, a little bear cub named Benny woke up to the sunshine peeping through his cave. Benny was very curious and decided to explore near a sparkling river after breakfast.
As Benny played by the river, he saw a splash! A silver salmon was jumping in the water, but he didn't look happy. The salmon's name was Sammy, and he was lost. Benny knew he should be careful near water, but he also wanted to help.
Benny said, 'Hi, I'm Benny! Do you need help?' Sammy replied, 'I'm Sammy, and I can't find my way back home upstream.' Benny thought for a moment and then nodded, 'Don't worry, we'll find your home together.'
They started to walk alongside the river. The water was rushing fast, and Benny had to be brave. Sometimes Sammy would jump into the water to make sure they were going the right way. It felt like a fun game!
On their way, they encountered a bridge, but it was blocked by a big beaver named Bob. Bob was building a dam and didn't want to be disturbed. Benny had an idea. 'If we help Bob, maybe he'll let us cross,' he suggested.
Benny and Sammy helped Bob carry sticks for his dam. It was hard work, but also really fun! After they finished, Bob thanked them and showed them a secret path under the bridge. 'You two are amazing friends!' Bob cheered as they waved goodbye.
Finally, Sammy led Benny to a beautiful part of the river where the water was calm and clear. Sammy saw his family and splashed happily into the river. 'Thank you, Benny!' Sammy called out. 'Come visit me anytime!' And Benny promised he would.
