When Carolina Camel woke up at dawn, she stretched her long neck with a yawn. School awaited with much fun and cheer; “Another great day,” she said, “is here!”
She brushed her teeth till they sparkled bright, humming a tune with all her might. Her toothbrush danced, slip-slap, slip-slap; her hooves tapped a merry tap-tap.
With a hop and a skip, she went out the door, eager to learn and explore some more. In her bag, her books did ride, shaking with knowledge hidden inside.
At school, she met her friend Larry Llama, who was bustling around like a busy mama. 'Good morn, Larry!' she called with glee, ready for classes, one, two, three.
In Ms. Wren’s class, the lessons began, with stories from far and wide they’d span. Ms. Wren, the owl with feathers so fine, read tales of magic and creatures divine.

The final class was science, exploring the stars; Carolina dreamed of visiting Mars. 'Zoom!' went the rockets in her imagination, as Ms. Asteroid explained the space station.
The school day ended, the bell rang loud, Carolina walked home, feeling proud. ‘Till tomorrow,’ she waved to friends so dear, excited for more learning and cheer.
As the sun set low over sandy dunes, Carolina hummed sweet bedtime tunes. She drifted to dreams with a heart so light, ready for more adventures bright.
