Once upon a time, in a place quite swell, there was a forest where all magic things dwell. Two kids named Timmy and Tilly went to play, to see what wonders would delight their day.
The trees in Whimsy Woods could talk, their branches swayed, their trunks would walk. 'Hello young ones!' an old oak said, 'Join us in our dance, don't be afraid.'
The flowers sang with a voice so sweet, a melody that made the leaves all dance to the beat. 'Welcome, welcome!' they harmonized in tune, 'Stay with us until the moon.'
Bubbling brooks with silver fish that leapt high, jumping with joy, almost touching the sky. 'Come, let's splash!' the brook called aloud, 'Let’s play together, I’m ever so proud!'
Then Timmy saw a tree house, high up in the air, with a winding slide—it gave him quite a scare! 'Let's go in!' Tilly whispered with glee, 'Who knows what treasures we might see?'
In the tree house, they found books that flew, like birds they soared, oh, what a view! 'Read us!' the books pleaded with polite squawks, 'Discover lands filled with magic and fox.'
Timmy grabbed a book with a golden cover, it opened itself, what a wonderful lover! 'Once upon a cloud, a dragon named Blaze, loved to play games in the warm sun's rays.'
Tilly picked a book with a silver spine, it told a tale of creatures divine. 'A unicorn with a mane so bright, danced in fields of shimmering light.'
The kids read and read, till the sun went down, then they realized, with a frown, 'It's time to go, but we will return,' said Tilly with a hopeful yearn.
Back to their home in cozy town, their heartstrings tugged by Whimsy Woods' gown. They knew they'd be back for more, for adventure, frolic, and magical galore!
As they closed their eyes to sleep and dream, they could still hear the woods' gentle gleam. With dreams of magic, fun, and cheer, they slept soundly, without a single tear.
For the Whimsy Woods would always be there, a world of enchantment, beyond compare. 'Goodnight,' the woods whispered to the night, 'See you soon, in the morning light.'
