Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Little Red Hood. She lived in a cozy cottage with her loving mother. Every day, the birds would sing and the flowers would bloom, just like in a fairy tale.
One sunny morning, Little Red Hood's mother said, 'Dear Red Hood, could you take this basket of goodies to Grandma? She’s feeling a bit blue.'
With a skip and a hop, Little Red Hood set off on the twisty trail. 'Oh what a beautiful day!' she sang. The leaves rustled like whispers, and the trees swayed like they were dancing.
As she walked, she met a funny old squirrel. 'Chirp-chip, jitter-jump! Where are you going, dear Red Hood?' asked the squirrel.
'To Grandma’s house, way over there,' replied Red Hood, pointing with care. 'I've got bread and jam, so sweet, a special treat, for dear Grandma to eat.'
The squirrel twitched its tail and said, 'Beware, beware, to take great care! The Big Bad Wolf might be there!'
Little Red Hood nodded and skipped along, humming a tune like a happy song. Soon, she smelled the flowers, oh so sweet, and heard the crunch of her little feet.
But alas! Out popped the Big Bad Wolf, with a grin from ear to ear. 'Where are you going, young and dear?' the Wolf purred.
Red Hood replied, 'To Grandma’s house, across the way. She’s not feeling very okay.’ The Wolf slyly thought, 'Oh what a treat! What luck, such delightful meat!'
'So, run along, I won’t delay,' said the Wolf with a gleam and sway. Little Red Hood hurried to Grandma’s place, with a joyful smile on her face.
The Wolf took a shortcut, quick and sleek, and reached Grandma's house with a sneaky sneak. 'Knock-knock,' went the Wolf, in a voice so sweet, 'It’s me, dear Red Hood, with bread and meat!'
Grandma, wise and sharp, sensed the ruse. 'Enter, my dear!' she did not refuse. The Wolf rushed in, but Grandma was quick, and she outwitted him with a clever trick.
Grandma dressed up, in disguise so bright. The Wolf took her chair without foresight. Meanwhile, Little Red Hood arrived in sight, calling out, 'Grandma, hope you’re alright!'
In she walked, into the room so dim. 'Grandma, oh my! You look so grim!' The Wolf replied, 'All the better to greet you, my dear,' but his disguise could not keep her from cheer.
Red Hood realized, with a gasp so bright, she laughed and said, 'What a funny sight! Grandma dear, you’re a wolf, you know. But I’m not scared. Oh no, no, no!'
She took a broom, with a mighty zoom, and chased the Wolf out of the room. Grandma joined, with a pot and a pan, together they made the Wolf scram.
The Wolf ran far, and stayed away. Red Hood and Grandma had a wonderful day. They feasted on bread and jam, so sweet. 'Oh what fun, and what a treat!'
And so they lived, in joy and cheer. Full of love, and having no fear. Red Hood learned, so brave and bright, it's always best to do what's right.
