Newton and the Falling Apple

Once upon a time, in the late summer of 1666, a young boy named Newton was sitting in his garden at Woolsthorpe Manor.

A peaceful image of a garden with trees and flowers.

As Newton sat under an apple tree, he noticed something extraordinary.

A boy looking up at an apple tree.

An apple fell from the tree and landed right next to him!

An apple falling through the air, about to hit the ground.

This made Newton curious, and he started wondering why the apple fell straight down instead of going sideways or upwards.

A boy with a thinking expression, surrounded by question marks.

Newton thought and thought, until he came up with a brilliant idea!

A boy with a lightbulb above his head, symbolizing a great idea.

He called it his 'system of gravitation,' which explained why things always fall towards the Earth.

A boy explaining his idea to his friends using hand gestures.

This discovery helped Newton understand how the Moon orbits around the Earth and why planets move in space.

A boy looking up at the stars and planets in the night sky.

From that day on, Newton became one of the greatest scientists in history, all because of an apple falling from a tree.

A boy with a big smile, surrounded by books and scientific tools.
