He hopped and skipped, his feathers a-flip. With a rap-a-tap-tap, he found a wooden map.
Off he strutted, feathers all ruffled. With a cluck-cluck-cluck, he found a shiny luck.
Back home he raced, the sun began to chase. With a huff-and-a-puff, he made it just enough.
Safe and sound, his head hit the ground. With a snore and a peep, he fell fast asleep.
And that was the end of Rooster's morning adventure, until the next day when he'd have another misadventure!
