Once upon a time, there was a sad cat named Sad Cat. Sad Cat was lonely and always wanted a friend to play with. One night, Sad Cat looked up at the sky and saw a beautiful starry sky. The stars twinkled and made Sad Cat feel a little bit better. Sad Cat wished upon a star to have a friend to play with.

The next day, as Sad Cat walked outside, a bright, shiny star fell from the sky! Sad Cat followed the star and saw that it had turned into a small, playful kitten named Starry Sky. Starry Sky had soft fur that was as black as the night sky and shimmering blue eyes.

Sad Cat and Starry Sky became the best of friends. They played together all day and night. They counted the butterflies in the garden - one, two, three! They climbed trees together and counted the leaves - four, five, six! They even ran and jumped in puddles after rainstorms and counted the raindrops - seven, eight, nine!

Sad Cat was no longer sad because Starry Sky was always there. They laughed, they played, and they counted together. Every night, they looked up at the starry sky and thanked the lucky star that brought them together. Sad Cat and Starry Sky knew that true friendship makes their hearts happy, just like the twinkling stars in the sky.
