Terry the Tiger was wide-eyed with wonder on his first day at nursery school.

Mummy Tiger hugged Terry and said, 'You'll make lots of new pals today!'.

Daddy Tiger smiled. 'You are going to learn so much and have fun, Terry!'

At school, Mrs. Buffalo welcomed everyone warmly. Terry sat near Elsa the Elephant.

Elsa was drawing a picture of a big tree. Terry decided to draw one too.

Malcolm the Monkey was swinging from his seat. 'Want to swing with me?' he asked Terry.

Ziggy the Zebra shared his striped crayons with Terry. They giggled together.

They all sat for story time. Mrs. Buffalo read a tale about a jungle party.

After the story, Terry whispered to Elsa, 'Let’s have our own party!'

During playtime, they all pretended to be at a big, fun jungle bash.

As the day ended, Terry, Elsa, Malcolm, and Ziggy didn't want to leave.

Terry waved goodbye, already eager for the next day of school adventures.
