Once upon a time in a distant village, there lived two siblings named Hansel and Gretel. They were kind and brave, with hearts full of love. But, their wicked stepmother was mean and made them do all the work.
One day, Hansel and Gretel's stepmother hatched a plan to abandon them in the dark forest. The children overheard their stepmother's plan and decided to leave breadcrumbs behind to find their way back home.
As they ventured deep into the forest, the birds ate the breadcrumbs, leaving them lost. The siblings stumbled upon a magical gingerbread house, with windows made of candy and a roof made of cookies.
Hungry and curious, Hansel and Gretel started nibbling on the house. To their surprise, a wicked witch, with a pointy hat and a crooked smile, emerged from the house. She wanted to eat them!
But clever Gretel had a plan. She tricked the witch into getting close to the oven, then pushed her inside. With the witch defeated, Hansel and Gretel found treasure and made their way back home, where their stepmother was gone forever.
