Once upon a time, on a sunny and very hot day, there were three cheerful caterpillars named Wiggle, Jiggle, and Squirm. They were feeling quite toasty under the glaring sun.

Wiggle flopped down and said, 'Phew! We should find a cool pool to splash in!' Jiggle and Squirm nodded enthusiastically. 'Let's ask Mama!' they chorused.

Mama Caterpillar with her shimmering wings, said with a smile, 'Of course, my dears, you may go. But remember to stay together and be safe!'

So Wiggle, Jiggle, and Squirm set off on their grand adventure. They crawled, wriggled, and giggled their way through the grass.

They met a jolly cricket who chirped a friendly, 'Hello!' 'We're off to find a pool!' they said in unison.

'Hop on my back, I’ll show you a shortcut,' said the cricket with a wink. And off they rattled, sang 'Ribbit-ribbit!' in sync.

Finally, they arrived at a pool that sparkled like a big gem. It was cool and inviting, like a caterpillar's dream!

Wiggle, Jiggle, and Squirm splashed into the pool with a SPLISH SPLASH SPLURGE! They played and laughed, and made a ruckus to converge.

They pretended to be pirates, sailing on leaves, and suddenly a lily pad became a great ship at sea.

As the sun began to set, turning the sky golden and pink, Mama called out, 'Time to come home, little ones, in a wink!'

With happy hearts and wet legs, they crawled back home, all tuckered out and ready to roam... in their dreams!

Mama tucked them in snug and tight, whispering, 'Goodnight, my little adventurers. Dream of more pool days!' And they did.
