미녀니, the Flower-Crowned Magpie

Once upon a time, in the forest near the Korean Folklore Research Institute at Korea University, there lived a special animal named 미녀니 (Mi-Nyeo-Ni), which means 'beauty' in Korean. Mi-Nyeo-Ni was a magpie with a beautiful flower crown on her forehead.

Mi-Nyeo-Ni loved to explore the forest and learn about different cultures. One day, she heard about a special event at the Institute - a festival celebrating traditional Korean music and dances. Mi-Nyeo-Ni was excited and wanted to attend.

With her flower crown shining brightly, Mi-Nyeo-Ni flew to the festival. There, she saw people wearing colorful hanbok (traditional Korean clothing) and dancing to traditional music. Mi-Nyeo-Ni was fascinated!

As the festival continued, Mi-Nyeo-Ni made new friends. She met a playful bear who loved to dance, a wise owl who knew all about Korean history, and a gentle deer who taught her traditional Korean songs.
