The Friendship of Krishna and Sudama

Once upon a time, in the beautiful village of Vrindavan, there lived a young and mischievous yet lovable boy called Krishna. Krishna had many friends, but his closest friend was Sudama. Sudama was a poor boy who lived with his family on the outskirts of Vrindavan. Krishna and Sudama were inseparable. They played together, laughed together, and shared everything they had. Even though Krishna was from a royal family and Sudama was poor, their friendship knew no bounds.

One day, Sudama's family was facing difficult times. They didn't have enough food to eat, and Sudama's parents worried about the wellbeing of their children. Sudama, not wanting to burden his parents any further, decided to seek help from his dear friend Krishna. With a small bundle of beaten rice in his hand, Sudama set off on a journey to meet Krishna. As he reached Krishna's palace, Sudama felt overwhelmed by the grandeur surrounding him. Doubts filled Sudama's mind, wondering if Krishna would remember him or even welcome him.

With nervousness, he entered the palace and was greeted by Krishna himself. Krishna's eyes lit up upon seeing his old friend Sudama. He lovingly embraced Sudama, treating him like a prince. Sudama, feeling ashamed of his humble gift of beaten rice, hesitated to offer it to Krishna. But Krishna's eyes twinkled with joy as he accepted the gift wholeheartedly. He knew that Sudama's simple offering was filled with love and trust.
