In a cozy nest high in a tree, a small bird named Flappy twitched her wings.
Today was special. Mama Bird said it was time to learn to fly.
Flappy peered down. The ground was a long way below.
She gulped nervously but her mama nudged her gently. "You can do it," she chirped.
One foot on the edge, Flappy felt her heart beat fast. "One, two, three"... she jumped!
The wind whistled past as she flapped her wings. At first, she wobbled in the air.
Flappy flapped harder. Gradually, she began to soar upwards.
She soared over the treetops, feeling the sun warm her feathers.
Mama Bird flew alongside her. "I'm proud of you, Flappy!"
Flappy's confidence grew. She tried a loop-the-loop, laughing with joy.
But tiredness crept in. Flappy's wings ached. She glided back to the nest.
That night, she nestled in the nest, dreaming of the next day's adventures in the sky.
