In a room not far, upon gentle snoozy shores, Lay a baby soon to be, a dreamer of snores. Awaiting the world with a stretch and a coo, Singing songs of the stars and the deep ocean blue.
Mama Moon, up high with a smile so wide, Whispered tales of the night on her soft light ride. She spun silly rhymes, a lullaby spree, To the winking stars, the baby, and the sea.
There once was a penguin in fuzzy warm socks, Who slid down the hills, off big snowy rocks. With a flip and a flap he’d laugh and he'd squawk, Playing tag with the seals, round the slippery dock.
Next came a bear in a bubbly hot tub, Sloshing and splashing, he scrubbed and he rubbed. Rub-a-dub, honey scrub, in his wooden big tub, Singing bear tunes while enjoying a scrub.
Then a jolly giraffe, with a neck oh so long, Juggled pineapples high, never getting it wrong. He twirled them around, from his head to his hoof, In a dance that made all the jungle move aloof.
A mischievous monkey wearing boots filled with flair, Swung high through the vines with nary a care. He'd whoop and he'd wallop, a circus star’s dream, While munching on bananas with chocolate ice cream.
As the stars began fading with the coming dawn, Mama Moon kissed the sky, for the day was soon on. But her rhymes filled the dreams of the babe snug in bed, Wrapped in visions of joy and fun times ahead.
