Once upon a time in a beautiful forest, there lived a bear named Benny. Benny loved to play all day long, but when the sun started to set, he knew it was time for bed.
But Benny always had trouble falling asleep. He would toss and turn, trying to get comfortable. His mind was filled with thoughts of the fun he had during the day, making it hard for him to relax.
One night, Benny's friend, Charlie the owl, flew over to see how he was doing. Charlie perched on a nearby branch and asked Benny why he couldn't sleep.
Benny explained his problem to Charlie, telling him how his mind was always racing with thoughts. Charlie smiled and said, 'I know just the trick to help you sleep.'
Charlie suggested that Benny should try imagining himself in a calm and peaceful place, like a meadow filled with beautiful flowers. He told him to focus on the sounds of gentle breeze and chirping birds, and soon his mind would drift off to dreamland.
Benny followed Charlie's advice and closed his eyes. He pictured himself in the meadow, surrounded by vibrant flowers and feeling the warmth of the sun on his fur. Slowly, his thoughts started to fade away, and he drifted into a deep sleep.
From that night on, Benny always had sweet dreams and slept soundly in his cozy cave. And whenever he had trouble falling asleep, he would think of the meadow and let its peacefulness lull him to sleep.
