Once upon a time, in a small Cherokee village, there lived an old man and his grandson. The old man was known for his wisdom and teachings, and the grandson loved listening to his stories. One day, as they sat under the shade of a mighty oak tree, the old man began to share an important lesson with his grandson. He said, 'My dear grandson, there is a fight going on inside each and every one of us. It is a fight between two wolves.'

'One wolf is filled with anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, and many other negative feelings. This wolf represents all the darkness in the world.' The old man continued, 'The other wolf is filled with joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, and many other positive feelings. This wolf represents all the goodness in the world.'

The grandson listened intently, trying to understand. After a moment of reflection, he asked his grandfather, 'But which wolf will win?' The old man smiled and replied, 'The one you feed.'

The grandson was puzzled. He thought deeply about his grandfather's words. He realized that every day, he had a choice. He could choose to feed the evil wolf by giving in to anger, envy, and greed. Or, he could choose to feed the good wolf by embracing joy, peace, and love.

From that day on, the grandson took his grandfather's words to heart. Whenever he faced a challenging situation, he thought about which wolf he wanted to feed. He made a conscious effort to choose love over anger, hope over sorrow, and kindness over envy.

As the years went by, the grandson grew up to be a kind-hearted and wise young man. He shared his grandfather's teachings with others, spreading the message of the two wolves. And wherever he went, love and positivity flourished.
