Once upon a sunny schoolyard, Tim sat on a swing, his heart heavy with sadness.
His friend, Sara, used to swing beside him, laughing and sharing stories.
Now the swing next to him was empty. Sara had told Tim she didn't want to swing with him anymore.
Tim didn't understand. They had been friends for so long, sharing secrets and dreams.
He wished he could turn back time and find out what went wrong.
Every day after school, Tim walked past Sara's house, hoping she would come out to talk.
But each day, he would just pass by, his hope fading like the afternoon sun.
Finally, he gathered the courage to knock on her door, his hand trembling slightly.
Sara answered, her eyes filled with surprise. 'Why did you stop being my friend?' Tim asked.
Sara looked uneasy. 'It's not that simple, Tim,' she said, 'Things change.'
Tim felt a knot in his stomach. Change was hard, and it made his heart ache.
He looked at Sara, not knowing what to say. Would they ever be friends like before?
