Once upon a time, in a lush green forest, there was a gentle lamb named Lily who loved to play in the meadows.
Beside the forest lived a lonely wolf named Walter. Walter had a deep, dark fur and often watched Lily from afar.
One sunny day, Lily wandered near the stream looking for fresh grass. Walter saw her and approached quietly.
“Hello, Lily,” Walter said, with a small mischievous grin. “Why are you here alone? Isn't it dangerous?”
Lily, though startled, replied bravely, “I'm eating the sweet grass, Mr. Walter. I'm not afraid.”
Walter sat down, trying to look friendly. “You're very brave. Can we be friends, Lily?” he asked.
Lily thought for a moment. “Okay, but friends must be kind to one another,” she said.
So, Walter and Lily began to meet every day. They played by the stream and shared stories.
Over time, Walter learned that being kind made him happy. Lily enjoyed having a friend who cared about her.
One day, danger came to the forest when a hunter appeared. Walter quickly pushed Lily to safety.
“Thank you, Walter! You saved me!” Lily cried. They hugged each other, relieved and grateful.
From that day on, Walter and Lily were not just friends; they were like family, always there for each other.
