Tim the Jolly Shepherd was full of glee, he loved to dance and sing by the trees. With his woolly sheep, counting them dear, one, two, three, he had no fear!
“Baa, baa, baa!” went his fluffy white sheep, as Tim played his harp with a rhythm so deep. He pranced and he twirled in the meadow so green, like a jolly young king, fit for a queen.
Suddenly, out of the blue, a rabbit named Rhyme hopped through. “Oh Tim,” he cried, “I lost my way. Can you help me find home today?”
Tim with a grin, knew what to do. “Of course, dear Rhyme, I’ll go with you.” So off they skipped, hop and a bound, searching for clues on the ground.
They found a clue, a magical hat, beside a tall tree where the old owl sat. “Hoo, hoo,” said the owl, wise and spry, “Follow the hat to the other side!”
They tiptoed and danced through streams and woods, following the hat as best as they could. “Swish, swash, swish,” the water did sing, as they crossed the stream to find Rhyme’s spring.
To the edge of the forest, where flowers bloom bright, they found Rhyme’s home – a beautiful sight! His bunny family there to give him a hug, in a meadow that bloomed, warm and snug.
Tim waved goodbye, with his heart full of cheer, he danced back home to his sheep so dear. “Thanks, Tim!” said Rhyme, “You’re my hero and friend.” And so their story met a happy end.
Back in the meadow, with the sheep and the trees, Tim danced again, feeling the breeze. With his harp, he played a sweet melody, happy and free, like a buzzing bee.
“Tim the Jolly Shepherd,” the sheep would say, “He helps friends in need every day.” With laughter and song, he went along, spreading joy like a wonderful song.
So remember young readers, a friend in need, is a friend indeed. Just like Tim, always kind and true, helping others is what we should do.
The End.
