Once upon a time, in a cozy little town, there was a boy named Timmy. He had kind eyes and a smile that could brighten the cloudiest days. One day, while exploring the woods behind his house, Timmy found a small dog with a hurt paw. The dog was scared, but Timmy gently picked him up and said, 'Don't you worry, I'll take care of you.'

Timmy carried the dog back to his home, giving him warm milk and a soft blanket. He named the dog Buddy because he felt in his heart that they were going to be best friends. Buddy's tail wagged slowly as he looked up with big, thankful eyes at his new human friend.
