Salote and the Magical Trail
Salote skips along the bright trail, spotting a twin trunk tree. She spins and taps the bark, finding a tiny, trickling stream. "Oh, what luck!" Salote cries.
Suddenly, a brisk wind flips her hat onto the ground. Quick as a flash, she picks it up and grins. Salote's eyes twinkle as she spots an i-Taukei storybook by the tall grass.
"Come, let's rest and read!" Salote's voice sings. She sits, flipping pages, while birds chirp and bees buzz.
As the sun dips low, Salote hums her way home, happy and bright, ready to share her i-Taukei story with all.
