The Day We Discovered Jobs

story image
Once upon a sun-smiled morning, a teacher stood before her buzzing class. “Today,” she beamed, “we explore jobs!”
Tommy, eyes twinkling, asked, “What does a firefighter do?”
“They douse furious flames!” said the teacher, sweeping her arms like a hose.
Mia, with a curious tilt of her head, wondered, “And a doctor?”
The teacher tapped her temple. “Doctors mend our booboos, inside and out!”
The room buzzed with dreams. Caps and gowns, hammers and nails, stethoscopes and books danced in their heads.
When the bell chimed, hearts full of futures, they cheered, “Jobs are cool!” And the teacher smiled, her job well done.
