Once upon a time, there was a big, strong lion who ruled the animal kingdom. He was the king of the jungle and all the other animals were afraid of him.

One day, the lion was taking a nap under a shady tree when a little mouse accidentally woke him up. The mouse was tiny compared to the lion and looked scared.

The lion roared angrily at the mouse, ready to attack, but the clever little mouse begged for mercy. She promised the lion that she would help him if he spared her life.

Curious, the lion asked the mouse how such a small creature could be of any help. The mouse explained that her small size would allow her to sneak into tight spaces and help him in times of need.

Sometime later, the lion found himself trapped in a hunter's net. He roared for help, hoping someone would hear him. Suddenly, the little mouse appeared and started to gnaw through the ropes, setting the lion free.

The lion couldn't believe that the tiny mouse had saved his life. He thanked the mouse and realized that even the smallest acts of kindness could make a big difference.
