Once upon a time, a boy named Tim had a spunky little pup named Max. Tim and Max loved to play all day.

One sunny morning, Tim and Max set off on an adventure. They had a map that looked like a big, crispy leaf.

They marched over hills, through fields, and into a wiggly, waggly forest filled with funny-looking trees.

The trees danced in the breeze, whispering secrets. Max tried to bark some more, 'Woof! Woof!'
Whisper softly like the trees in the wind
Suddenly, they met a friendly squirrel named Sam. 'Hello! Where are you heading?' Sam chirped.
Wave hello like you're meeting a new friend
'We're on an adventure!' Tim said. 'Will you come with us?' Sam's bushy tail twitched with excitement.
Nod your head like you're excited to go somewhere
'Of course!' said Sam, and they all scampered off together. Max leaped and bounded, barking 'Woof! Woof!'
Jump up and down like an excited puppy
They crossed a babbling brook, the water splashing like silver giggles. Max's fur got all splish-splashy wet!
Pretend to splash water like you're getting wet
After their great adventure, they found a magical glade full of sparkly flowers and soft, green grass.
Reach out like you're touching soft, green grass
Tim, Max, and Sam rested there, watching the clouds make funny shapes. Max's tail wagged like a happy clock.
Look up at the sky and point out imaginary cloud shapes
As the sun began to set, they headed home, their hearts full of joy and new memories. 'Woof! Woof!' said Max.
